Estrela D’Água just opened their first sushi restaurant. With menu signed by the chef Max Kamakura – who has headed the kitchen of Jam in Sao Paulo, and Soho in Salvador – the Estrela´s Sushi menu has sakes and delicious like “spawn”, “unagui” and “edamame”. The restaurant receives fresh fish every day, and one of its specialties is the portion of “hot roll” and “salmon temaki with crisp of sweet potato”.
