PR: The residents of Staten Island, NY have only begun to recover from the hardship from Hurricane Sandy; they now face another storm bearing down on them. They face days ahead with no electricity or heat, with temperatures forecasted in the 30’s.


The citizens of Staten Island, and the nation, are about to witness the legendary generosity of Cleveland yet again. The operation, “All we can do is try” has been launched by attorney Sergey Kats of the Kats Law Firm, Ramsey & Brandon Duqum of Aable Rents. They have been joined by Huntington Bank, Rocky River Chamber of Commerce, Whiskey Island Wendy Park, North Coast Auto Mall (Akron/Bedford), East Coast Auto Credit, UHC Construction, Saviour-Faire Event Management, Marigold Catering, The Cleveland Cavaliers, The Rocky River Police, BBC Group and many others in providing FAST & much needed aid to Staten Island.


Saturday 11/10/2012, Aable Rents trucks full of much needed aide will roll for Staten Island New York.  Loaded with warm clothing, batteries and flashlights, medicine, cleaning supplies food and clean water from a ‘blitz’ of donations during five days. Those who wish to make financial donations can do so at any Huntington Bank branch, they simply need to say their donation is for the relief effort “ALL WE CAN DO IS TRY”. Drop-off points for donations of food, clothing, etc., on both east and west sides, will be announced at the press conference described below.


100% of contributions will go to the people of Staten Island. All logistical, legal and promotional efforts are donated, There will be no administrative costs; this means that every cent donated will go to their intended purpose.
