Park Hyatt Shanghai is hosting its Master of food and wine event for the second time in China this coming November. This year invited the most famous and talented chefs from Alsace. Chef Marc Haeberlin is kept the record of owning three Michelin Stars and former French President Jacques Chirac’s personal chef two Michelin Stars chef Nicolas Stamm. Mr Serge Dubs was crowned as ‘best Sommelier in France’ and proclaimed ‘world’s Best Sommelier’ in 1989.
