Relish four days of epicurean adventure and relaxed elegance during Capella Pedregal’s annual Food & Wine Festival. Join us July 9 – 13, 2014 as we explore the pleasures of food and wine with internationally recognized chefs and master sommeliers. Intimate in nature, this exclusive event is limited to 120 participants. Offering four days of meaningful interaction with a select group of master chefs best known for their inventive, seasonal cuisine.
The festivities begin with a welcome reception showcasing artisanal Mexican cheeses, Mexican wines and specialty dishes. Other events over the next three days include cooking demonstrations with the chefs, a tequila seminar, wine tastings, a beach barbecue featuring chef specialties, finishing with a five-course dinner with each course individually prepared by a different chef and a celebratory after-party.
